Can't get it to work

I don’t know what it is, but I can’t get this to work on my site. I installed it on two sites, one being a brutal Godaddy host account,a nd it worked fine on there.
Tried on a hostgator account and it won’t record anything. At first it seemed like it was picking up direct requests, maybe spiders, but now I’m getting nothing.
There is no no search engine data at all.
I’m running WP and disabled all plugins, but it didn’t matter.

Driving me crazy that it’s taking me over an hour to get a simple analytics program to work.

hostgator uses mod_security; ask their tech support to whitelist your domains

Yeah I read that, but I read I shouldn’t be able to access piwik.php, but I can, so I figured I was okay.
I will contact them. Thanks.

Damn, it’s tracking visitors but not giving me SE data.
