Cannot update

I’ve just gone to update from 2.12.0 to 2.13.1 but received the following error:

curl_exec: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to builds.piwik.org:443 . Hostname requested was: builds.piwik.org

Any ideas what it is and can it be resolved or do I have to update manually?

I believe this is a known problem with version 2.12.x, and has been corrected in version 2.13.x.

You need to do a manual update.
