Cannot load heatmap or session recording report

Hello there,
I’ve got another issue with loading heatmap and session recording reports.

I’ve set enable_framed_pages and enable_framed_settings to 1 but it does not work.

Hi there,

It looks like your Matomo instance is refusing to be embedded in an iframe because it sends the X-Frame-Options header.

Here is what we suggest:

  1. Enable Matomo to be embedded in iframes, see our FAQ: When included in an IFrame, Piwik reports do not load. How do I allow Piwik reports to load from within an iframe? - Analytics Platform - Matomo
  2. If this does not fix it, you will likely need to make configuration changes to your server to remove this X-Frame-Options header that should be set by your server?
