We currently have Matomo installed on our servers, accessible from the internet. My ICT department has asked if we can move the server where Matomo is hosted to an internal network. If they do this, I would only be able to access Matomo when I’m on the internal network or if I am outside the internal network from the VPN.
I don’t think it would work because the sites sending data to Matomo wouldn’t be able to connect to Matomo.
If this is the case, is there any special configuration that can be done on Matomo so that sites can connect?
