Can I track Main and Sub Domains with Piwik?

Hi all,

I have an organic site I want to track with Piwik. I am also running PPC to a squeeze page on this domain and currently tracking it with piwik.

I’d like separate stats for the squeeze page and main domain. If I put the Squeeze on a sub-domain will I be able to have PIWIK look at these as 2 different sites and have complete stats for each?
