Can I have a full access in CPanel Files and Database if I will be using Cloud hosting? If On-Premise setup, can I make it premium?

Hi There,

There is no access to the CPanel on cloud hosting. You may access the DB via read only connection for some plans. For on premise, you would need to purchase the premium bundle: Premium Bundle - Matomo Plugins Marketplace
