My users’ journeys are done across multiple sites I own (with subdomains). All are configured with the cross domain/cross site tracking. So I can see pk_vid query parameters between them.
I also use campaigns, to track the acquisition.
Is it possible to use these two features together?
An example:
Expected:
1: Go to https://siteA.com?mtm_source=a_source
2: Check the acquisition of this user from source a_source on site siteA
3: Then click on https://siteB.com, with cross-domain linking enabled
4: The browser to go https://siteB.com?pk_vid=sf12…
5: Check the acquisition of this user from source a_source on site siteB
Actual result:
On siteB, no log at all of siteA campaigns
