Campaigns Not Tracking, Am I Missing Something? (Newbie)

I just setup and installed Piwik, first off, great tool and I love it. However I am a bit confused as to how the campaigns from adwords track in it. I see that my campaigns have several clicks today however it is not showing in Piwik under the campaigns tabs. Is this not live like the rest of stats or do I possibly have something configured wrong?

Adwords tracking is currently not built in, but is on the feature request list: For a visit via a campaign, if the campaign keyword is not set, detect keyword from Referrer URL · Issue #517 · matomo-org/matomo · GitHub

I did search but thought I saw that it had been done. Am I misunderstanding what a campaign is?
