Call to undefined function piwik_translateexception()

Hello
i updated online from 6.2 to 6.3 without visible errors.
but the php logs shows some errors like this:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function piwik_translateexception() in /home/www/nakayama/piwik/core/Tracker/Visit.php on line 65

is there a file missing or was not updated?

Can you please apply patch and report if you still see similar errors after applying patch? thanks
