Calculate the exit rate per page by performing an SQL query

Hi all,
I need to calculate the exit rate per page by performing an SQL query
However, according to the data model and associated documentation, I can’t do this.

> I can calculate everything else, but I can’t seem to calculate the exit rate. Can you tell me how to calculate it, or give me an example of a query I’d have to run to get it per page?
