Best way to track order cancellation

Hi, I’m successfully tracking orders on a site using goals. Now I would like to track order cancellations, chargebacks, etc, because the “total revenue” number that appears in Piwik is too different from reality.

What is the best approach to tracking order cancellations? Can you set up a goal with negative revenue? Is there a way to delete a conversion?
