Bad encoding for graphical regions representation

In visitors -> geographic situation,

In France there is a region named “Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur, France”.
In text representation it’s fine.
In graphic representation (both pie and column), it says “Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur, France”

EDIT: same problem for cities
