Automatic mail reports not send

Hi,

On my 1.8.2 version running on Ubuntu server, the automatic weekly reports aren’t send.

I don’t created cronjob, not necessary on this version. How can I troubleshoot this ? Is it possible to test it by running a php file with ssh ?
