Hi all,
in the last few days, the auto-archiving schedule is running as usual but the summary is not updated as expected. Actually to get the reports data updated I have to re-run the auto-archiving and force the specific dates that I want to update (add the parameter “–force-date-range”).
I set up to save the auto-archiving log but no error is displayed in the schedule auto-archiving. However the data is not updated.
What could I do to find out the issue and fix it?
