Hmm… I logged in, but I think it lost all the previous data like keywords and stuff. Can I restore them somehow? I backed up the files it noted in the upgrade guide.
upgrade to 2.0.3 ASAP!
Ok, upgraded to 2.0.3 using the automatic update process… it worked all the way through. Still can’t see keywords that were previously defined. It looks like the db is empty of previous data.
if you see the data in Visitors>Visitor log then it is there. Simply delete the tables piwik_archive_* for this month and it should work (maybe run the cron also How to Set up Auto-Archiving of Your Reports - Analytics Platform - Matomo )
Hmm… I can dig out some reports from last month, before piwik ceased functioning. I’m checking the status with my client as he is the one making use of piwik really. I’m not that familiar with it aside for installing and handling it’s technical difficulties.
