Assign a single user to many or all Sites

How can i assign one user rights to many or all Sites

  1. Setting -> System -> Users
  2. In column “Actions” click on “Edit”
  3. Switch to tab “Permissions”
  4. Choose the correct filter (mostlikely “No access”)
  5. Tick all sites you wanna give him access
  6. Use “Bulk Action” to set access for all selected sites
