Archive job is very slow

Usually my archive job (archive.php) took between 2h and 2h and 30 minutes. Now it takes about 6h. I don´t know if the problem came wih version 1.8.4 or 1.9.

DB size: ~38GB
Archive job runs once a day.
Piwik Version 1.9

Any ideas?

Hi Markus, can you enable mysql slow query log and see what queries are logged and let us know if any problem with that?

I have now enabled “slow query log”. I will post the result tomorrow.

How many sites do you have in piwik?

I have 150 Websites.

Today the archive job took 4h and 22 minutes. I have attached the mysql slow log and the archive log.
