Analytics server Failure on the cloud

Hey there!!

I have deployed my analytics server on the cloud platform. Now my account has been suspended and will need some more time to resolve the issue. Due to this, my analytics has stopped working.

Please advice me on this- will all the analytics data be erased off if kept unused for long?
How will this affect my matomo analytics. Advice.
