An error occurred "You are currently not allowed to log in ..."

I cannot get my matomo page from my computer.
From another computer it’s ok.

On my computer i get always a message
“An error occurred
You are currently not allowed to log in because you had too many failed logins, try again later.”

Perhaps the error is due to the fact, that I set excluded IP in a wrong place.
But I fixed it from another computer.
However, I can’t come to my matomo site.

Help, please.

I don’t now ((.
But I use FileZilla with FTP.
And in Internet there are articles about FileZilla with SSH.

That sounds like no, so we need to go the fancy way :smiley:

  1. You said you can login from another PC, so please do that.
  2. Than go to the settings and in the navigation bar should be a “brute force log” near the end.
  3. Click it and you should see your IP address from the PC that is unable to login.
  4. Delete it and try to login.
