Ampersand in page title is not displayed as & in Piwik Dashboard Widgets

Hi,

all titles in my website has an ampersand in html tag.

In Dashboard Widgets (e.g. Live View) the Ampersand is displayed as & htmlentitie and not as &.

Is this a bug in my javascript tracker code or in Piwik Backend (2.0.3) ?

I think this is a bug in the Piwik backend displaying entities. Can you please create a ticket at dev.piwik.org and list there all the places where the ampersand is displayed as & instead of & ?
