How can i get a hits statistic based on the Alias URLs?
I want to know the success rate of the different Alias URLs.

It is not possible from the UI, but if you know SQL, you can directly query your log DB (look at piwik_log_visit.visit_entry_idaction_url and the matching records in: piwik_log_action.idaction
