Hi 
We are running the AdminNotification for alerts to the users.
When we reload messages the domain name is repeated/replicated in the title:
Message from -- Matomo administrator
I’ not sure if the bug is in AdminNotification or a parameter AdminNotification gets from Matomo
We are running Matomo 3.13.6
Any help is appreciated
