To get a token for my site, I click on the 
cog in admin top and then in the left menu “Personal”.
That does not work. All links in that menu don’t work.
I did the setup 3 times from scratch, to no avail.
Any ideas what’s wrong?

Which version of Matomo do you use?
Is there any error in the browser console?
Is there any error in the network console of your browser?
Can you check if there is something in the Matomo error log file?

After hours of trying to figure this out yesterday, the only thing I did was sleeping.
This morning the whole thing suddenly works perfectly. A cache issue? Never mind.
Never seen.
