Adjust revenue value ecommerce

Is there a method to correct the revenue of ta e commerce order, for example if the order is (partially) canceled

I tried a lot like using a minus sign, zero values and the new correct value

corrected the revenue for the total order as well for per item

all with the same ec_id and same items

no success so far

Hi there,

If you send again the ecommerce order with the same ec_id then the old order should be updated.
Check in Visitors > Visitor log - the order should show the new revenue.

Do you find it does not work for you?
