Adding Site Issue (specific name/url)

I’m having problems adding two specific websites to Piwik (all my other sites work fine - but two dont). I think there could be some sort of corruption going on. Here is the situation:

  1. If I go into Settings / Websites (tab), then add a new site, it says “||| Loading data…” at the top of the screen and just sits there.

  2. If I refresh the page and add a different site Name and URL, it works fine.

What would be the best way to diagnose this problem?
