The attachedlinked patch adds options to select “previous7” and “previous30” in the user settings for the default date range.
This is similar to last7/last30, but will not include the current day.

Looks good! Have you tried creating a new user on trac? it works for sure for most users, not sure why it doesn’t for you sorry.
Can you take the patch as is?
I want to avoid creating a new account, for the sake of history/consistency, especially when the problem is known and may get fixed (by upgrading) or worked around (by editing the database directly).
