Actions # more than access log #?

Is it possible for actions count to be more than accesses to piwik.php (according to access.log)?

I don’t think so… but my access log shows 20k+ accesses to piwik but piwik shows about 29k actions. Where did that extra 9k come from? style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif

This shouldn’t happen - can you replicate the issue? do you still experience this issue?
