We recently updated 3.6. Unfortunately, after the update, it was discovered that the Visitors Logs can no longer be exported, in any format. What is received is the error below:
*757 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1072693248 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 294912 bytes) in /var/www/html/piwik/core/DataTable/Renderer/Csv.php on line 199” while reading response header from upstream,
After increasing the php memory to 1024M, and still receiving this error message, it was decided to rollback to 3.5.1, but apparently there were a number of database changes, so it appears this is not possible.
So as I see it we have three options.
- Live without being to pull reports of visitors
- Find a way to rollback our database to 3.5.1 support/scheme
- Wait for either a work around or a fix for this issue
Any feedback, input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
