“0 visits. 0 unique visitors” Not Working for New Data

We’re seeing “0 visits. 0 unique visitors” for a website when there clearly has been recent visits by some users. User information appears in Visitors/Visitor Log, but does not appear in Visitors/Overview (“0 visits. 0 unique visitors”). The Overview functionality works (i.e. we see visitors) for older data though. I’m running with Piwik 2.13.1.
