Hi,

Are you talking about the InnoCraft Cloud or a selfhosted Matomo instance?

In the first case, please contact their support, in the latter case you can simply find it in your MySQL database.

In both cases you can use the extensive API to fetch any kind of data you need:

I was talking about the cloud instance not the self-hosted instance.
No doubt we can use the API to fetch the data but I wanted to connect to the cloud MySQL database.
